Butman Tarangire Luxury Camp is an exceptional Camp with Bungalows built traditionally by using local tropical woods material of rectangular style copied from different tribes of Tanzania traditional huts. Their thick walls and thatched roof ensures that they remain cool even during the hot and day season of the year. The verandah outside furnished with traditional chairs made from the thick canopy forest found in the Southern Region of Tanzania.
The Rooms are spacious with savannah fresh air. Electric powered lights
and bulbs are connected to the generator of 220Volts. The bedrooms are furnished
with double decker/single bed depending on your choice. The bathroom is as
well spacious with a larger upright shower with plenty of heated water from
solar system. Flash toilets are of English style. The dressing area is eqquiped
with a wash basin and big dressing mirrors.
At the heart of the camp are impressively high thatched roots of Lounge and dinning room, the open-sided design allows an uninterrupted view of the bush and wildlife, capturing the cooling breeze while you dine or our delicious home cooked cusine. The food menu cuisine is prepared in accepted standards for both continental foods and traditional local foods by using fresh local/traditional ingredients and a hint of African Species. We also do accomodate special dietary foods menu to the tourist's guest in need of such service.
At sunriseyour day can begin with hot tea a hot coffee prepared from authentic
Kilimanjaro tea and Cofee respectively delivered to your room(s). Our breakfast
buffet menu is offered with a veriety of tropical fresh fruits or juicesof
the uniqueness Kilimanjaro home made breads, pastries, cereals, yoghurts
and freshly brewed Tanzanian Nescafee tea pr cofee, which energizes game
viewing.
Lunches are typically served of a buffet style with a variety of hot cookies,
such as soups, hot salads, cold and hot dishes as well. There is always plenty
of variety to eat to suit all our tourists' tastes, lunch boxes are also
prepared depending on your needs during game viewing by tourists.
The Lounge Area has local chairs and tables made from the Southern Region
of Tanzania (ndali tribe) found in Mbeya region 
where
those materials were taken from the thick canopy forests. This makes a perfect
place to relax in the evening and viewing down ward because the lounge is
upstairs in the sametraditionalbuilding where by dinning is down. This encourages
to be the perfectplace for viewing
different species of wildlife like birds, ostriches, giraffes, zebras, elephants
and many others.
Getting to Butman Luxury Camp is only about 1 and 1/2 Hrs drive (110Kms)
from Arusha Town through a good tarmac road. If you wish to arrive by Air,
the aircraft can be chartered to fly into the park for about only 30mins.

Clients may choose to stay in Butman International affiliated garden house like the one (pictures below) located at Njiro in Arusha city before or after being at Butman Tarangire Luxury Camp
